The results of transformation "Shelter" object in the ecologically safe system showed that in unique radiation-hygienical terms the critical and key question - how to store the health of people, and also out inadequate actions of personnel in connection with rejections in a state of his health. It is definite, that the state of health of workers which head for the entrance medical control does not respond to request to participation in works on SIP more than in 50% cases. Therefore entrance and final medical control must be conducted exceptionally in adequately equipped medical establishments. A question is trained about possibility of admittance to works from ionising radiation offsprings of the radiation exposed persons. The results of researches witnessed that now there are no grounds for limitation of professional fitness of the second generation radiation exposed.
