The mechanism of influence of the processing by means of constant magnetic on the properties of com-posites possessing parts of different magnetic nature is investigated and substantiated. The detection of mechanism of influencing the ultra violet radiation and spark processing on the processes of structure formation allowed to increase the exploitative characteristics of composite materials possessing the dispersive fillers of different physical nature. The efficiency of using the complex ultrasonic processing of epoxy compositions in the air and fibre filler in wather medium to create the protective coatings with high cohesive strength and wear resistance is proved.
