The comparative analysis of omeprazole and lasoprazole action upon gastric secretion in patients with ulcer disease of duodenum was conducted. The frequency of gall-bladder pathology, including cholesterosis of patients with hypertonic disease on the background of the superfluous weight or obesity was studied. The estimation of an efficiency of ursodeoxycholic acid, which decreases negative influence of obesity on arterial hypertension and the level of leptin in blood was conducted. The clinical view of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, the state of bowel microbiocenosis, the content of water-soluble vitamins, efficiency of complex treatment of these diseases with different types of therapies was estimated. The peculiarities of cytoprotectory influence of dalargine and imunofan as well as vitamins-antioxydants on the background on the experimental gastric ulcer were determined. The role of NО/іNOS, PGЕ2/COX-2, LT/5-LOX in the formation of destructive lesions of mucosal membrane of large intestine and the development of oxidative stress were investigated. Obtained results provide substantiation for the relevance of treatment of inflammatory processes with the use of preparations capable of combined blockage of iNOS, COX-2, and 5-LOX, as well as well as melanine (20 mg/kg) use.
