Methods - clinical examination, blood biochemical analysis, adrenal hormones, pro-and antiinflammatory cytokines (IL-17, IL-6, ICAM-1) levels, X-ray, ultrasound, duplex ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography, morphological, statistical methods. According to the results of the studies minimally invasive operations have lesser influence on the immune system of the patient, manifested in the reduction of signs of systemic inflammatory response syndrome, don't cause immunosuppression, this has positive effect on the postoperative period, reducing the frequency of postoperative complications, improving long-term follow-up. A new treatment strategy for pancreatitis-associated lung damage was proposed. The efficiency of endoscopic operations in patients with acute pancreatitis, chronic hemorrhoids, tumors of the adrenal glands was showed. Optimal time, indications and methods of minimally invasive operations in the abdominal and endocrine surgery were proved.
