It was studied the freguenag and character of mallocluzion in children. As a result of invastigations it was revealed the high freguency of the caries of primare and mature permanent teeth. Also it was resedich the factors, which influenced on the carias process intensity. It was carried out the invastigation of periodontal tissues state, the level of sanitary and hygenic knowledges and oral hygiene in children of pubertal period. It was carried out the analys of malloclusion prevelence in children, which live in the ecological unfavorable regios and in the flouride deficite conditions. The received results gave us the passibility to work out and approbate the line of effective treatment,preventive, rehabilitative complexes of children with high intensity of carious process as for ptimary as for permanent teeth.
