The most important and promising treatment options include implant-supported restorations using dental implants and biomaterials. The aim of research: "Improvement of clinical and technological aspects of multidisciplinary treatment using contemporary dental implants". The research object: the function of dental implants with implant-supported restorations. Subject of research: peri-implant tissues, implant-supported dental restorations. The methods of integrated examination of patients with defects and deformations of stomathognathic system before dental implantation have been worked out. A number of clinical, radiographic and osteometric criteria of the estimation of post-extraction socket healing and dental implantation had been elaborated. Clinical and radiographic criteria for the estimation of functional effectiveness of fixed, fixed-removable and removable implant-supported restorations have been devised.
