Positive results was achieved and noted the advantages of polymer fixing devices as compared with metal. The clinic examined and operated 45 patients with fractures of the lower jaw which held 49 fixation using direct, T-shaped, Y- shaped and H- shaped polymer mini-plates. Platelets enriched plasma (PRP) was introduced in the fracture line in 26 traumatic patients. Polimer osteosyntesis with the introduction of enriched fibrin platelets (PRF) conducted in 20 patients. Established the positive impact of the application of enriched fibrin platelets and platelets enriched plasma on the osteoreparatyvnyh processes in the line of fracture of mandible in the complex treatment of fractures of the mandible, enhancing the formation of callus and reduces the terms of treatment and rehabilitation of patients, minimizing economic costs of the treatment. The method of polymer osteosyntesis of mandible fractures using rich plasma platelets and fibrin was developed.
