It is necessary for this purpose to create economic and legal relations in all industries of food complex. A research object is economic and social re-lations, related to the agroindustrial production in Ukraine. Realization of primary purpose of research work is a ground of basic directions of agroindustrial production in avter reform period development - foresaw the leadthrough of researches after the followings directions: generalization of basic tendencies of forming territorial and functionally - component structure of agroindustrial complex; problems of the use of the landed resources in a market economy, analysis of the modern state and basic directions of agroindustrial production development ; problems of food market and their decision, problems of forming and use of labour resources, in the market conditions . In the process of im-plementation of research work the methods of scientific research of theoretical and empiric levels are used, namely: scientific abstraction and analogy, historical, statistiko-economic, formal and dialectical logic. In the context of basic directions research of agroindustrial production development in a avter-reform period - the problems of agroindus-trial complex are exposed in market conditions, attention on development of plant-grower industries , stock-raising, food industry, food providing of population is spared in the conditions of agrarian sphere economy reformation and price mechanism on food stuffs improvement; measures which would become pre-condition of earth market introduc-tion are developed, that mean measures on the effective use of earth on the modern stage. Among them, in particular, conditioning, that agriculture became attractive for a producer and investor, assertion in not following to the law, de-velopment of earth market alternative - long lease, overcoming of shallow prodactive, that achievement of optimum concentration of production, leadthroughs of belongings prejudicedly measures on potential unemployment on a mud flow, adjustings of domestic resource base production, for an agricultural production, creations of durable infrastruc-ture of earth market , and others like that; grounded complex of measures on the improvement of the productivity and quality of agricultural cultures, in particular on the receipt of winter wheat high-quality grain , increases of the pro-ductivity and quality of sugar beet, by using of norms and terms of growth regulator and microfertilizers for a root feed in the conditions of western Forest-steppe of Ukraine; grounded directions of co-operative motion in agriculture of western areas of Ukraine, measures are in particular offered on the concentration of agricultural production on the basis of between economies co-operation, the concrete model of creation of between economies enterprise is given to on beef production in modern terms; basic organizationally economic principles of agroindustrial efficiency produc-tion increase are offered.
