Problems and results: 1. The mechanism of support the enterprise activity at the expense of construction of the balanced system of the state-private partnership based on the coordination of interests of all interested parties is improved. 2. On the basis of the analysis of obstacles for development of enterprise sector, the complex of anti-recessionary actions which consists of two blocks is offered: actions for improvement of a condition of the enterprise environment, including decrease in level of administrative barriers, optimisation of tax system, and also improvement of protection of enterprise structures; actions for development of enterprise activity in sphere of consumer services of the population as one of the most volume on potential and demand of sectors in system of market relations. 3. The methodology of working out of strategy of innovative development of Ukraine (the main obstacles, strategic targets of innovative changes of economy and realisation mechanisms are defined) has had the further development.
