Diagnostic parameters have been proposed for information-measurement system (IMS) for statistical diagnostics of WPU. The algorithms for statistical processing of measured signals have been designed. In particular, main expressions for spectral analysis with wind function usage are included, as well as expressions for histograms smoothing based on Pearson's curves system. The expressions for decision rules development are also included, which can be used for diagnostics either of WPU as a whole or its individual construction part.
