Objective - to increase the efficiency of complex treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer (LABC) by working out the new methods of neoadjuvant polychemotherapy (NPCT). Methods and instruments: clinical, laboratory, X-ray, ultrasonic, statistics,"Magnitherm" apparatus ("Radmir" corporation;Ukraine).Estimation of 5 years results of treatment of 509 patients of BC IIA-III stages were carried out. The advisability of application NPCT in complex treatment LABC has been proved. The method of treatment of LABC patients using polychemotherapy with magnithermic background had been worked out. Analysis for toxicity of the method and direct results of treatment had been carried out.Preliminary data testify to efficiency of this method. No extra toxicity of applying NPCT with magnitothermia(MT) had been observed. It's proved that using NPCT with MT favored to increasing of persentage of objective tumor's reaction to the treatment, it allows to increase quantity of organ saving operations by 14%, improving life quality of patients.
