The research goal is to choose the indices of reliability of ergotic systems. The research methods: methods of the reliability theory, the applied probability theory and methods of mathematical statistics. The statement of the problem on the ergotic systems reliability is analyzed. The existing domestic and foreing technologies and program complexes of an automatic simulation are examined. Methodical bases for choosing the indices of reliability of ergotic systems are developed. It is shown that the reliability of an ergotic system is defined by the reliability of a person (a group of people),technical devices and software of a given system. Methods of calculations of the reliability indices of ergotic systems are developed. Indices of the ergotic systems reliability are an index of accuracy, an index of timeliness, an index of rectification. It is shown that the accuracy index can calculated both at a level of a separate operation and at a level of its algorithm as a whole. Complex indices of the ergotic systems reliability are chosen and valid. A coefficient of availability and a coefficient of a technical use are chosen as complex indices. Examples of ergotic systems of rocket and space technology are presented. A novelty of research consists in improvement of methods for choosing and validating the reliability indices for complex ergotic systems. The research results can be used to choose and to valid the reliability indices of complex ergotic systems in the design and at operation.
