Theoretical researches are conducted with application of methods of mekhaniko-matematichnogo design, classic mechanics, numerical decision of tasks with the use of COMPUTER. Experimental researches were conducted after the known and worked out methods on the equipment and devices standardized and specially constructed and made. During realization of experimental researches the mathematical methods of planning of experiment were used. Basic scientific results: the mathematical design of technological process of loading of friable materials is conducted; constructions are worked out low dynamic ball-shaped preventive muffs and program and methods of realization of experimental researches. Practical value of the got results : on the basis of the conducted complex of theoretical researches the new constructions of spiral working organs are worked out and reasonably them rational structurally-technological parameters.
