A purpose of work is a complex ground of scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to the increase of efficiency of productive-investment process on the enterprises of building industry - foresaw realization of researches after such directions: estimation of the use of productive resources and directions of their activation, methodological aspects of management of enterprise financial resources, organization planning and management, analysis of investment-innovative development of enterprises of building industry, efficiency of restructuring of enterprises of building industry, investment and innovative projects. In the process of implementation of research work the scientific and special methods of research are used: dialectical method of cognition, methods of induction and deduction, comparison and synthesis, scientific abstraction and theory of the graphs, економіко-статистичні methods et al. In the context of research recommendations are worked out in relation to expansion of investment possibilities of enterprises which foresee realization of row of measures on макро- and microlevels with the purpose of perfection of investment management among which measures are on the improvement of investment climate; increase of solvency, competitiveness and assistance to development of business of enterprises; perfection of organizational forms and methods of management of operations; rational use of resources; to the order of forming of financial results, sources of property of enterprise; directions of increase of efficiency of productive-investment activity of enterprises.
