The aim of the research is to optimize the size of the technological modules of closed cycle and the size of module pig farms. As a criterion of estimation such indices were taken: payback time, modified costs, ratio of capital investment and economic effect. The technological module of pig farms of closed cycle with three phase housinmg, combined technology of raising of 600 pigs a year is found to be optimal and it is advisable to use it at farms for 12000 pigs a year.
