Purpose of the work: synthesis of the 3-methilmerkapto-5-oxo-4-R'-6-R-1,2,4-triazines derivatives in reactions with acylating agents, carbonyl compounds, hydrazine and condensation of the hydrazine derivatives for reception new connections with potential biological activity. Research of the reactivity hidrazino and amino - groups at their general presence in a heterocycle. For achievement of this purpose following research problems are supplied: synthesis of 3-methilmerkapto-5-oxo-4-R'-6-R-1,2,4-triazines derivative, using known preparative techniques and the newest perspective ways of reception of the such classes compauds; an establishment of a structure of the synthesised substances. Methods of researches: In work spectral methods of the analysis (IR -, NMR - ,weight-spectrometry), chemical methods (the element analysis) are applied.
