In OJSC "URIR named after A.S.Berezhnoy" an improved manufacture technology of refractory products from fused Y2О3-stabilized ZrО2 with new plasticize additive is mastered and expands a raw-material base for manufacture of these products which are intended for monocrystal grooving machines.In OJSC "URIR named after A.S.Berezhnoy" an improved manufacture technology of mentioned products by vibrocast method using Castament FS 10 and Castament FW 10 additives mix is mastered, and on this way the manufacture of a new kind of production is organized.In OJSC "URIR named after A.S.Berezhnoy" an improved manufacture technology of semi-dry pressed products from fused monoclinic zirconia with complex silica-alumina containing additive are mastered.In OJSC "URIR named after A.S.Berezhnoy" are made next trial lots: products fused Y2О3-stabilized ZrО2 intended for monocrystal grooving machines; powder mix from fused Y2О3-stabilized ZrО2 intended for mortar of brand СЦИМ-1; vibrocast crucibles from ZrО2, stabilized СаO or Y2О3, intended for induction melting of platinum; thermal insulating powders from stabilized zirconia and products in the form of sector and a plate from fused monoclinic and CaO-stabilized zirconia which are intended for furnaces of silica glass production. Made production by their properties parameters are satisfy to correspond technical requirements and to requirements of the buyers.Made refractory production is delivered to consumers on internal and a foreign market (export to Poland, the Russian Federation, Byelorussia).The work should be continued in a direction of the further manufacture technology improving of the refractory products from fused stabilized ZrО2 and fused monoclinic ZrО2, expansions of volumes of their application.
