Established that an optimum additive Cаstament (FS 10 + FW 10) in 1.2 times is raising fluidity of powders.On institute pilot plant the manufacturing technology of a new kind of production - ramming mix of brand СЦИГН are mastered. OJSC "URIR named after A.S.Berezhnoy" trial lots of ramming mix and mortars from Y2О3-stabilized zirconia are made and have been delivered to consumers in Ukraine and Russian Federation, and also trial lots of powders from CaO-stabilized zirconia for plasma spraying are made to and have been delivered to consumers in the Russian Federation. The work should be continued in a direction of introduction in manufacture of the improved manufacture technology of powders of 40-20 micron powders (brand ПЦПК-40) from CaO-stabilized zirconia, and production volume expansions of zirconia-corundum ramming mix of brand СЦИГН.
