The work purpose - perfection of technologies of fire-resistant lightweight products and heatinsulating concrete. Methods of researches - chemical, petrography, roentgen-phase, physic-mechanical, thermalphysics. Researches on reception of corundum lightweight products by a method of moist pressing with use of the Hungarian alumina of mark ALO-Ex34 instead of alumina of mark ГК are executed. Basic possibility of full replacement of alumina of mark ГК on the Hungarian is established. The received results allow to expand a raw-material base of manufacture of corundum lightweight products. Stability of samples of the calcium hexaluminate lightweight products containing alumina-silica additives (kaolin, КДСП or perlite), in carbonic delirium is studied at temperature 1400 ?С with endurances 20 and 80 h. It is established, that samples calcium hexaluminate lightweight products with alumina-silica additives have shown stability of chemical and phase composition in the carbonic environment, however, considering values of shrinkages, can be used in such environment at temperature less than 1400 С. The maximum temperature of application investigated lightweight products can be established additional tests at temperatures 1300 and 1350 С. Calcium hexaluminate lightweight products, made without alumina-silica additives, it is recommended for service in the carbonic environment at 1400 С. The results of researches allow to expand places of application developed lightweight products. Stability of samples of heatinsulating concrete with the calcium hexaluminate aggregates which is containing and not containing the additive of perlite, in the carbonic environment is investigated at temperature 1400 ?С with endurances 20 and 80 h. Possibility of application of both kinds of heatinsulating concrete in the carbonic environment is shown at temperature of 1400 ?С wasps that allows to expand places of application of the developed concrete. Influence of fractional compositions of aggregates from a breakage of chamote lightweight products of mark ШЛ-0,4 and taluses of expanded clay on physicomechanical and thermalphysic properties of samples of heatinsulating concrete with apparent density no more than 0,8 g/cm3 is studied. It is chosen optimum quantitative and grain composition of a concrete mix on the basis of the chamote lightweight aggregates, providing reception of heatinsulating concrete with apparent density no more than 0,8 g/cm3 a compression strength not less than 1,5 МПа after 7 days damp maturing, heatconductivity no more than 0,25 Wt / (м·К) at average temperature 350 ?С and temperature of service to 1000 ?С., that the assortment of let out production allows to expand. Under contracts with the enterprises of Ukraine experimental batches lightweight анортитовых blocks of mark АЛ-0,8, corundum lightweight products of marks КЛА-1,3 and КЛА-1,1, a aggregates from a lightweight calcium hexaluminate briquette of mark ГАКЛ-1,3, heatinsulating concrete mixes of marks СГАКБТ-1,6, САНБТ-0,8 and САНБТ-1,3 are let out. Properties of lightweight products and heatinsulating concrete corresponded to requirements of the standard documentation and contracts. Production is transferred customers in full. Work should be continued in a direction of the further perfection of technologies легковесов and heatinsulating concrete, expansion of places of application, including in controllable environments.
