The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of high alumina ramming mixes and mortars, production technology mastering of dry mixes. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, thermo-mechanical ones. The comparison researches of the influence of binder type (Н3РО4, binders of "АФС", "АХФС", "АБФС") on ramming mullite corundum mix properties have been carried out. It has been determined the possibility of application of alumina chrome phosphate binder, as well as phosphoric acid, in the composition of the indicated mix. The use of the alumina chrome phosphate binder allows increasing strength of samples, produced from indicated mix, in the investigated temperature range (600 - 1580оС) ~ by 11.5 - 13 %, thermal shock resistance ~ 1.3 times more and their slag resistance ~ 1.75 times more, as well as expanding of raw materials for production of mix. The comparison researches of the influence of binder type (Н3РО4 and binder of "АХФС") and quantity of TiO2 addition on mullite corundum mortar properties have been carried out. It has been determined the possibility of application of alumina chrome phosphate binder with density 1.18 g/cm3, as well as water solution of phosphoric acid the same density, for preparation of the mullite corundum mortar solution of "MMK 85-1" at user's conditions. The use of the alumina chrome phosphate binder allows increasing strength of the mullite corundum mortar of "MMK 85-1" ~ by 16 % and expanding of raw materials for manufacture of the indicated product. It has been determined the possibility of application of TiO2 addition in the composition of the mullite corundum mortar. Introduction of the indicated addition provides a better sintering behavior of the mortar and increases its strength properties ~ by 17 %. As a result of carried out researches the production technology of new kind of product (mullite corundum mortar with titanium dioxide addition of "MMKT-85-1") has been developed.On the basis of researches, which carried out previously, the production technology of new kind of product (dry corundum and corundum spinel mixes of "CKУ" and "CKШУ" with maximum size of grain filler 5 mm instead 1.6 mm) has been put into production under OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy". Pilot batches of developed dry mixes have been tested with positive results at metallurgical and machinebuilding plants of Ukraine for production of induction crucible furnaces lining. The use of dry mixes with developed grain composition provides increasing dense of packing lining and reducing dust separation during production of lining.In OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy" the pilot batches of mullite corundum ramming mixes, dry corundum and corundum spinel mixes, mullite corundum mortar, which are intended to metallurgical and machinebuilding plants of Ukraine, have been produced.The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of ramming mixes, dry mixes and mortars.
