The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of corundum, mullite corundum and fire clay concrete mixes. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, physical- mechanical and thermo-mechanical ones.The comparison researches of the influence of cement brands on the properties of concrete mixes (corundum of "СКпл-50-94", mullite corundum of "МКБС", fire clay of "СШБ", fire clay insulated of "СТШБ") have been carried out.It has been shown the possibility of application cement brands of: - "Gorkal-70", as well as high-alumina cement of "ВГЦ-73", in the composition of corundum, mullite corundum and fire clay insulation concrete mixes; - "КВЦ-75", "Gorkal-70", mix of cement "Gorkal-70" and "Gorkal-40", as well as cement of "ВГЦ-73" and "ВГЦШ-60", in the composition of fire clay concrete mix; - "Gorkal-40", as well as high-alumina cement of "ВГЦ-73", in the composition of fire clay insulated concrete mix.The comparison researches of the influence of plasticizing addition quantity of "Лахта" on the properties of corundum ("СКпл-50-94") and fire clay ("СШБ") concrete mixes have been carried out. It has been determined, that the use of the indicated addition in the optimum quantity in the composition of corundum of "СКпл-50-94" and fire clay "СШБ" concrete mixes allows decreasing water requirement of the concrete mixes (~ by 30 %), increasing strength of samples, produced from the indicated concretes, after hardening during 24 h and high temperature treatment ~ 1.2-1.6 times more and decreasing their open porosity ~ 1.1 times less. The comparative researches of the influence of plasticizing addition of "Лахта" and addition of sodium threepolyphosphate (Na5P3O10) on the properties of samples from corundum of "СКпл-60-94" and fire clay "СШБ" concrete mixes, which used for manufacture of refractory products, have been carried out.It has been determined the possibility of application of plasticizing addition of "Лахта", as well as traditionally applied plasticizing addition of sodium threepolyphosphate (Na5P3O10), in the composition of corundum of "СКпл-60-94" and fire clay "СШБ" concrete mixes, which used for manufacture of refractory products. However, because the influence of addition of "Лахта", which introduced in the composition of the indicated concrete mixes in the bigger quantity, then traditionally applied addition of sodium threepolyphosphate (Na5P3O10), is approximately similar, it would increase the cost of production. Therefore, in order to achieve balanced a price / quality ratio of products, using of addition of sodium threepolyphosphate is more preferential for these concrete mixes.The use of the above indicated materials (cement and plasticizing addition) allows broadening of raw material base for production of the concrete mixes.In accordance with the existing normative documentation in OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy" the pilot batches of corundum of "СКпл-50-94", "СКпл-60-94", mullite corundum of "МКБС" and fire clay of "СШБ" concrete mixes and products on their basis, which are intended to customers, have been produced.The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of concrete mixes with the content of CaO not less than 3 wt. %, including the use of new plasticizing additions.
