So, Ukrainian agrarian capital is presented in the world business language as accountancy. It is necessary to supply accounting and control methodically and to organize them rationally. Standard position of accountancy 30 "Biological assets" is devoted to solution of this question. The aim of this research is the influence of global processes on the state of accountancy. Questions under discussion: a) study of expenditures and definition of the financial resent producing crop growing products in account of Standard Position 30 "Biological assets"; b) accountancy state of meat processing branch; c) provision of sunflower processing process; d) question on evaluation of primary resources and other unworking material resource question; e) analysis of amortization charged to operation methods. The main methods of the research are the method of evaluation and calculation of biological assets cost, intellectual analysis, analytics of simple and combined groups, statistic and economic methods. The objects of the research are enterprises of different forms of property in Lugansk region. As to the given investigations it is necessary to take into account expenditures linked with biological assets in crop growing and to fix them in the shedule of the expenditures item which every enterprise chooses and fixes itself in the order on accounting. The process of documentation of all economic operations should be done with the help of primary documents. These documents became obsolete. New documents worked out by methodical council of Ministry of Agrarian Politics in Ukraine are not get used nowadays. The results of the investigation were approved at enterprises of Lugansk and Donetsk region (ACLR " Stepnoe" OSYC "Кuteinikovskiy").
