A research objective is development and improvement theoretical and methodological principles and formation of the mechanism of Ukrainian economy competitiveness increase on the basis of concentration of the capital by means of the companies merges and absorption processes.. Methods of research and equipment are theoretical generalisation, analysis, synthesis, statistical analysis, system analysis, expert estimations, graphic, comparison, forecasting. Theoretical and practical results 1. The essence and features of processes of concentration and capital centralisation in economic are analysed. It is proved that the proof tendency of the manufacture concentration growth in the different countries and branches of economy and subjects of housekeeping is observed. The same tendency is observed in economy of the countries of the former USSR. Definition of concept "concentration" according to various levels of hierarchy is offered: economic, a national economy and subjects of housekeeping. 2.Existing methodical approaches to an estimation of the concentration processes in economy of the countries are considered and theoretically generalised. It is proved that management of concentration processes at the different levels of economic hierarchy requires an estimation of this phenomenon. Existing approaches to an estimation of concentration process parametres are investigated , and also the system of operating indicators is improved. The structurall and logic model of an estimation of concentration at all levels of hierarchy of economic, the country, branch and corporations is offered. Use of quantitative and qualitative criteria of the estimation, absolute and relative indicators is thus well-founded. It is developed Hypothesis that high level of competitiveness is reached by only hight concentration economy of the countries is proved. 3. Theoretical bases and major principles of housekeeping subjects integration by merges and absorption processes realisationas of the basic directions of realisation of concentration processes are defined. The system of the integration activity principles which provides allocation of the general principles, applicable to any activity and consequently being necessary for the account and at carrying out of strategic integration, and specific principles which qualitatively differ from the general and focused only on reflexion of norms, rules, installations and requirements of strategic integration is developed. Functions of integration of housekeeping subjects are specified and allocated, their maintenance on different economic levels is opened. The allocated functions allow to identify different levels, specificity and display the basic properties of housekeeping subjects integration. Efficiency of integration of the enterprises depends on efficiency of their realisation 4. Methodological approaches by definition of essence of concept "integration" are analysed. On the basis of the concept essence research, a number of additional concepts which correlate with a category "integration" is defined and reflect different aspects of its substantial filling. The interrelation between these concepts is systematised and displayed by means of model. Groups and signs which define the basic maintenance of concept "integration" are revealed. It is offered to treat concept "integration" as voluntary association of economic subjects in different forms and configurations which provides deepening of their interaction and interrelations, promoting the general rational use of the resources dispersed in association for the economic activities efficiency increase and association participants competitiveness purpose. 5. The economic maintenance of housekeeping subjects integration from outside definitions intrinsic and category characteristics is investigated. The scheme of housekeeping subjects integration functioning as economic process which represents cyclic sequence of system development basic stages change is developed. It is established that integration of housekeeping subjects has multidimensional structure. All aspects of housekeeping subjects integration, naimly static, dynamic, category are crossed, but their mixing is inadmissible owing to that each aspect expresses an especial logic plane of consideration of the research object with the maintenance corresponding to it. Factors of the external and internal environment which influence integration activity are found out. Classification of integration preconditions depending on factors of the external and internal environment is developed. At classification the cores, more often meeting motives of association have been considered. Characteristics of environment were considered irrespective of the economy state (market or transitive economy). The basic motives of integration processes formation within the limits of joint-stock and the business control on the agency relations theory basis are systematised. 6.Classification of housekeeping subjects integration processes forms and kinds is investigated and improved. It is established that integration of housekeeping subjects always gets only economic formt. It is offered to demarcate the basic logic concepts which are used by working out of housekeeping subjects integration typology, naimly "kind", "form" and "method". Classifications of housekeeping subjects integration processes which have been offered by the current legislation domestic and foreign authors are generalised. Results of scientific researches have the theoretical and practical importance. The received results have been used by preparation of offers under concept of a modern industrial policy which have been prepared and directed to National Security Council and Defences of Ukraine and in the Supreme Rada of Ukraine (Committee concerning economic policy).
