It is the purpose of work is research of methodological principles of state financial control and determination of basic factors influencing on effectiveness of activity of supervisory services of Ukraine. The general methodological base of research was made: dialectical method of scientific cognition and systems approach to the study of the economic and social phenomena; fundamental positions theory of finances, neoclassical economic theory. The exposure of basic factors of ineffective work of the operating state financial checking system, and also determination of ways of permission of this problems, is a job performance. Novelty of job performances: analyzed, generalized and determination of concept is specified "state financial control" (in particular, his objects, subjects, object); basic factors influencing on effectiveness of state financial control in Ukraine are selected; determination of concepts of efficiency and effectiveness is given in the state financial control. Intercommunication with other works: separate results were given a report at scientific conferences, was published in scientific editions. Recommendations on the use of job performances: on results research new scientifically-methodological approaches are offered as evaluated by effectiveness of activity of supervisory organs, which (effectiveness of activity) in a great deal depends on organizationally-functional structured.
