Purpose of the work: to verify the cases of leukemia revealed according to the data of the NCRU and plural of the myelomas, which arose in the flow 2000-2006 yy. in the formed cohort of liquidators and by calculated method to restore for them radiation doses. Methods of the study: epidemiological, clinical, morphological, cytogenetic, radiation-monitoring, statistical. For the duration of the period of the fulfillment of a study is carried out retrospective development and verification of the cases of leukemia and by the plural of myeloma, diagnosed in 2001 - 2006 yr. For the identification of the cases was used the NCRU. It is established that the procedure of the automatic comparison (likage) of data of NKRU and file of the cohort, formed on the basis of the SRU, appears effective for the identification of the cases of leukemia, nonhodgkin's lymphoma and by the plural of the myelomas, which require the further verification by conducting the hematologic examination. As a result conducting international hematologic examination for the duration entire of the period of the fulfillment of investigating the confirmed 162 cases of leukemia, 6 MDS cases and 20 cases of MM. In the spectrum of leukemias the cases of chronic lymphoid leukemia compose large part (55,6%). Is developed new systematic approach to the radiation-monitoring tracking of an epidemiological study "case- control" with the creation of the new calculated method of the analytical reconstruction of dose with the estimation of error - RADRUE. The accuracy of the restoration of dose to red bone marrow for liquidators on ChNPP with the use of a method RADRUE is confirmed by comparison with the instrument doses of the professional workers of atomic energy industry and by doses, calculated with the use of EPR- spectrometry of dental enamel in for liquidators on ChNPP. The individual doses of external irradiation to red bone marrow were reconstructed for 572 subjects of a study, including 494 alive and 78 of the dead subjects of the study. The average group doses, obtained as a result of FISH- dosimetry, make possible to carry the inspected persons to so for "high-dose" group with the average group radiation doses 438+39 mGy and 376+22 mGy, which exceeds the boundary of 0,25 Gy, accepted for the accidant radiation situations. The created analytical base of data of study made it possible to calculate the dose-dependent risks for the leukemias in for liquidators on ChNPP. Is established reliable dependence between the irradiation as a result of the Chernobyl' catastrophe and the risk of the appearance of all types of leukemia among participants in overcoming the consequences of emergency in the cohort being investigated, the surplus of the relative risk of leukemias composes 3,44 (95% CI (0.47; 9.78)) on 1 Gy. This analysis demonstrated similar tendencies toward an increase in the radiation risks for CLL and other types of leukemias. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
