An effect of low-temperature and high-temperature mechanisms of perovskite synthesis during oxalate precursors’ thermodestruction was scientifically grounded. PE - SE phase transitions regularities for nanodisperse powders BaTiO3 were theoretically grounded and experimentally justified. A generalized equation of PE - SE phase transition temperature for perovskites of the barium titanate family depending on a size of nanopowders particles of perovskite systems and a hydrostatic pressure was obtained.
