Methods of researches and devices. The theoretical-analytical method of researches of achievements of foreign and domestic scientists is applied. By means of exemplary devices, machines of friction and the microstructures analysis experimental check of efficiency of constructive and technological decisions concerning to mutual electro physical and chemical operational development of details of engines is lead. Sources of ultrasonic fluctuations and the equipment for electro plasma fusion a cutting edge of working bodies of soil-cultivating machines are adjusted. Theoretical and practical results. General scientific and theoretical initial data concerning systems of maintenance service and repair of agricultural machinery in Lugansk, Kharkov, Donetsk areas and as a whole in agrarian and industrial complex of Ukraine, and also a network of specialized repair shops are analyzed. On this basis preliminary recommendations concerning the organization of technical service of agricultural machines are given. It is specified necessity of the system approach to the decision of problems of improvement of quality of repair of agricultural machinery, in particular, equipped by internal combustion engines, by use of technology mutual electrochemical operational development of details of cylinder-piston. Results of researches of influence of an initial condition of most quickly worn out details of engines on their is intense-deformed condition after accelerated extra earnings and bench tests are resulted. Preliminary recommendations to manufacture concerning fault detection, acquisition and assembly combine and tractor engines during their major overhaul are developed. The analysis of features of a design of soil-cultivating agricultural machines with disk working bodies and their influence on wear resistance of a cutting edge, and also the theoretical analysis of mechanisms of cutting of ground and some ways of increase of wear resistance of edges of soil-cultivating machines, and also influence of high-frequency fluctuations of a cutting element on process of cutting of ground is resulted. Novelty of researches consists in use for change of properties of materials and the environment of modern high-efficiency methods of electrochemical, plasma and ultrasonic influence. The effect from introduction of technological processes and system decisions will allow essentially (in one and a half-two time) to raise reliability of restored machines and wear resistance of their details in agrarian and industrial complex of Ukraine and also at the new machines which are let out by domestic agricultural mechanical engineering.
