Rolling schedules for making thermally treated tubes ensuring a guranteed heat resistance level have been developed. It was shown that at the norms of tensile and yield strength established in TU 14-3-460 their ratio given in Gospromnadzor's Rules is less or equal to 0.6 in most cases and cannot be ensured and thus has to be corrected.
