The purpose of work is perfection of electromagnetic and thermal models and calculation methods of existent electromagnetic transformers of energy and electric vehicles, and also perspective electromagnetic devices with the direct affecting of the electromagnetic field friable ferromagnetic materials; estimation of the thermal state in the long mode and at the different parameters of unsymmetry of feed-in tension. Methods of researches a Asynchronous engine a mathematical design of thermal and electromagnetic processes, numeral methods of calculation of the magnetic and thermal fields of different devices, experimental methods of researches of laboratory standards, method of symmetric constituents with the use of the system of differential equalizations in the phase co-ordinates of stator and rotor, method of equivalent thermal charts. The scientific importance consist in further development of abstract theorems of estimation of thermal conditions of AM under asymmetrical power voltage at the expense of taking the shearing angle between symmetrical components of voltages of direct and reverse sequences into account. The practical importance consist in working out of the strategy of estimation of thermal conditions of AM the most unfavorable shearing angle between voltage of direct and reverse sequences. The strategy is applied in the Donetsk State Scientific Research, Planning Design and Experimental Institute of comprehensive mechanization of mines "Dongiprouglemash", in the public corporation "Donetsk power plant". The branch of applikation is a production of electric machines and vechicles.
