It is shown that the contribution of the external influence into the increase of the number of nuclei depends on load intensity and fluid chemical composition, but this increase does not exceed 20% of the number of nuclei arising in sito. By the example of simulin АК7, the possibility of an alloy non-dendritic structure acquisition by isothermal exposure in an optimum temperature interval (590 - 595 оС) and templates hardening with an initial dendritic structure from a solid-fluid state. It is determined that additional effect on the alloy in a two-phase area of a pulse current of kilocycle amplitude range up to 10А increases the guarantee to get the crystals of a compact morphology with the size less than 50 ?m at lower temperatures of a partial remelting.
