Solubility in water-methanol mixes and the acid-basic properties of some almost insoluble medical products is investigated: cyclopherone, tilorone, naphtalimid carboxilate acids. It is shown, that deviations of parameters of constants of ionization рК from rectilinear correlation dependence on Yasuda-Shedlovsky in solutions with low contents methanol are connected to the limited solubility of one of equilibrium forms of researched substances.
