This pattern has a fractal nature for cellular dimension from 1.58 to 1.75. It has been found that the transition of irradiation process to the pattern forming stage is accompanied by a decrease in optical emission. It has been shown by computer simulation that the consideration of target bulk changes at a pattern formation by oblique irradiation on an amorphous surface, results in appearance of a ripple at lower energies as compared with the case without such consideration. It has been established that the pattern is formed at high energies either with or without taking into account the bulk changes. Indeed, the pattern appears more regular with the effect of bulk changes. It is shown that d-elements of IV and V groups of periodic system are able to replace the octahedrally coordinated titan in the double calcium-copper titanate forming solid solutions with changing parameters of the elementary cell of perovskite phase. The dielectric susceptibility of doped materials decreases when this process takes place.
