Chemical-resistant, thermostable protonconducting membranes being characterized by methods of IR-spectroscopy and dynamical scanning calorimetry have been obtained. Water uptake degree, static exchange capacity and conductivity in the temperature range of 20-120oC under humidification and dry conditions have been determined for those membranes. The dependence between structural parameters of organic-inorganic PPM and values of conductivity which are in the range of 10-5-10-3 S/cm at 120oC in dry nitrogen atmosphere has been determined.
