On the basis of research of scientific bases of development of open stationary systems methodological and methodical positions to formation of an information society as basic precondition of a sustainable development are formulated. Priority directions of development of social and economic systems taking into account the concept of a sustainable development and information economy are defined. Preconditions of achievement of a sustainable development are defined, mechanisms of management are generated by a sustainable development.
