Research purpose: diversification, upgrading and cost saving of cold-rolled bands and strips on the basis of development of methods of calculation of technologies and equipment of the processes of cold rolling combined with the symmetric rolling in relation to thin bands and strips between the nonpowered and driven workings roller, and also between the stationary and driven workings roller. Research methods: mathematical design, method of eventual elements, method of physical design of model experiment of strain measurement method. Theoretical and practical results: mathematical models and programmatic facilities are developed upon automated settlement of the tense, kinematics and deformed states of metal in relation to thin bands and strips during realization of the processes of cold rolling combined with the symmetric rolling in relation to thin bands and strips between the nonpowered and driven workings roller, and also between the stationary and driven workings roller. The quantitative estimations of degree of the use of supply of plasticity and basic indexes of quality of cold-rolled bands and strips are got depending on the technological modes of wringing out of radiuses of workings rollers, terms of external contact friction, module of inflexibility of working cage, and also other technological and structural parameters of the combined processes of the symmetric and asymmetric rolling. Novelty: new mathematical models and programmatic facilities are created, formulated criterion and tasks are decided programmatic on the automated planning of technologies and equipment of the processes of cold rolling combined with the symmetric rolling in relation to thin bands and strips between the nonpowered and driven workings roller, and also between the stationary and driven workings roller. As it applies to strip and belt rolling mill figures practical recommendations are developed on perfection of rolling knots, their drives, knots of beds, screwdown mechanisms, mechanisms of adjusting of type and form, and also cages of workers on the whole. Efficiency of introduction: the offered developments allow to optimize realization of the processes of cold rolling combined with the symmetric rolling in relation to thin bands and strips between the nonpowered and driven workings roller, and also between the stationary and driven workings roller.
