The aim of the scientific research work: the research of the structure and regularities of the usage of financial credit mechanism of the national economy management and the working out of the practical recommendations as for the improvement of the owning subjects finances management, raising the effectiveness of the financial resources forming and usage processes. The methods of scientific research: the method of formal and dialectical logic, quality analysis and synthesis; statistical, historical and evolutional methods; statistical methods and also methods of economy-mathematical modeling, including the methods of game theory, imitational and econometrical modeling.
