It is a positive tendency as bank loans to population has positive influence on the economic growth of the branches focused on internal consumption, promotes the withdrawal of considerable population's assets from the consumers market and thereby restraining inflationary processes. The re was created a scheme of debts redemption on investment credits takes into account the peculiarities of enterprises, having seasonal income, and their activity. The scheme of repayment in equal shares is taken as the basis. But if in some months a borrower holds back the repayment due to decrease in his income, the part of this monthly redemption, which is an interest payment, is added to the sum of the debt without any penalty. So the debt is not considered as "Outstanding debt". Application of such scheme of loan repayment in the Crimea can become an additional stimulus for development of economic branches of higher priority. Recommended investment credits, granted to the local authorities for the development of infrastructure, result in creation of additional budget income in the recreational and tourist regions, that is such loans themselves create sources of their repayment.
