The valid Civil code of Ukraine can be considered the main source of the civil legal adjusting of relations of property lease, in chief 58 which the formulated complex of general norms the action of which spreads on all types of relations of lease. However, they carry general character and that is why fully does not regulate those types of lease relations, for which it is not foreseen the special rules. In addition many norms have non-mandatory character, that allows sides in an agreement to bring in the correction. At consideration of separate types of property lease it follows to follow the Landed code of Ukraine, Housing code of Ukraine and other normative legal acts. A research object are public relations, which arise up at entering into the contracts of property lease, implementation of their terms, and also responsibility, for their nonfulfillment or improper implementation. The purpose of research work of - characteristic features of civil legal agreement of property lease in the conditions of market transformations to Ukraine foresaw the leadthrough of researches after such directions: history of becoming and development of property lease; problems of the legal adjusting of separate types of property lease; legal adjusting of responsibility for nonfulfillment of contractual responsibilities on transferable of property in the use. In the process of research the methods of scientific cognition, approach of the systems were used, in particular, comparatively legal to the analysis, logical-legal, statistical, prognostication, historical. In the context of research recommendations and suggestions are developed in relation to the improvement of the legal adjusting of lease of separate types of property. Separate suggestions of performers of research work introduction in the educational process of the Ternopil national economic university at development of the educational-methodical providing and teaching of disciplines.
