A research object is chemical contamination of fresh reservoirs, which conduces to poisoning fishes by the different groups of herbicides, search of bioindicators. Purpose of work - to carry out the toxicological estimation of influencing of herbicides which are used in Ukraine, on hydrobionts of different trophic levels, to find intercommunication of morphological, histological and biochemical changes in the organism of hydrobionts under herbicides effect of different chemical structure (zenkor, 2,4-dihlorphenoxiotstiova acid and roundup), to probe the stage-by-stage forming of adaptation in the organism of fishes. Research methods: hydrochemical, histological, haematological, biochemical, morphometrical analysis, microscopy, ultracentrifugation, photoelectroncolorimetria, spectrophotometry, chromatography, statistically results are treated the generally accepted methods with the standard computer programs. The chemical structure of herbicide determines the speed and degree of his penetration in the organs of fishes, and also the level, their biological ununconcern: damaging considerable effects are set for glyphosat (Log P=-2,36±0,64), that appear in development of irreversible changes of external covers, liver and white muscles; zenkor, that owns less speed of penetration in connection with his detention in gills (Log P=1,3±0,21), draws the considerable structural changes, as a result of which a receipt diminishes to the organism both toxicants and oxygen too, causing these the activation of mobility of fishes and as a result of this growth of power charges of organism; butyl ether of 2,4- dihlorphenoxiotstiova acid, owning the least permeability to the organs of fishes (Log P=4,26±0,35), causes increased damage of cover tissues; amine salt of 2,4- dihlorphenoxiotstiova acid leads considerable changes in the structures in tissues of liver, brain and gills of carp, which can be offer in quality of biomarkers.
