Research methods are development of models and programmatic facilities for the calculations of dynamic descriptions of the technological systems of unique machine-tools, tensely deformed the state of cutting part of collapsible module instrument, and also multicriterion optimization of the cutting modes. Theoretical and practical results - developed multifunction instrumental system; optimized parameters of processes of tooling on heavy and unique machine-tools; developed recommendations on the choice of the energysaving modes cuttings which provide the proof processes of crushing of shaving. Novelty - the methods of the energysaving use of resources got development at mechanical treatment due to creation of the instrumental systems, which will allow to decrease cutting forces, promote cutting speed, promote the productivity of tooling and decrease the prime price of tooling on heavy and unique machine-tools. Efficiency of introduction - job performances will allow to promote the productivity and reduce power expenses of tooling of details of heavy engineering due to multicriterion optimization of the modes of cutting and creation of the new instrumental systems.
