It was shown that the optimal pores sizes distributing is obtained at heating rate of 4-5o min-1 ; for this technological conditions the specific capacity of the capacitor systems based on the all used types of origin raw material is maximal. The properties of nanoporous carbon as electrode material for supercapacitors depend on the size of origin raw material particles. It was found out that the treatment of porous carbon materials with the uniform particles size is optimal. For the used heating rates and carbonization- activation processes duration the best performance size of the particles should be 0,3 - 0,8 mm. The optimal regimes of the activated carbon obtaining for the supercapacitors electrodes from the coconut shell by hydrothermal method at high pressure are determined. The obtained carbon bulked density is higher in 1,4-1,6 times than the known brands, its specific energy and capacity are at their level that allows to form supercapacitors with energy characteristics on unit of volume in 1,3-1,5 times higher in comparing with the analogues.
