Subject of research are international instruments and national legislation of Ukraine, doctrines, official and statistic dates about the status, structure and dynamics of the economic basis of European integration of Ukraine. The aim of the research is the analysis and evaluation of international legal, political and economic factors of European integration, the main factors that affect them, monitoring the economic basis of European integration of Ukraine. The methodological basis consisted of general scientific methods, historical and comparative problem-chronology for comparison of specific trends in processes of integration and participation in some European countries, as well as analysis of main directions of state policy aimed at achieving of strategic goal - the EU accession, structural and system for the mentioned in the research object aspects renewing and uniting them into a single theoretical system, methods of collection, analysis and evaluation of analytical, statistical data analysis, logical and mathematical modeling were used to determine the purely economic aspects of European integration, to research social and geographic factors , the formation of system of regional economic integration a method of comparative geographic and geospatial analysis method was used. For the generalization of Ukraine's adaptation to the EU legislation was used comparative legal method. Received in research results have both theoretical and practical interest and can be used: in the research field as a basis for further development of problems economical and legal support of Ukraine's integration into the EU and establishing a new level of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in priority areas, in law-making for improving the current legislation of Ukraine on its adaptation to the EU legislation, in economic activities of enterprises to establish foreign-economical ties between Ukraine and some EU countries or to individual business entities and the educational process for the preparation of textbooks and manuals concerning establishment of effective cooperation between Ukraine and the EU while training specialists on international economic relations, international law, the country studies and international relations. Scientific novelty is that the institutional mechanism of Ukraine's European space was investigated, the legal framework and organizational forms trans-boundary cooperation of Ukraine-EU was defined, issues of impact of the social and geographic factors on the development of integration ties between Ukraine and the European Union were identified, the effectiveness of activities of state bodies of Ukraine's economy management was analyzed, the current state of relations between Ukraine and the European Union in the context of enlargement was investigated, analyzed the efficiency of usage of preventive measures in the criminal process of Ukraine in the context of adaption of Ukraine's legislation to the legislation of the EU.
