Object of research: plants of wheat summer and barley summer without treatment and treatment by ozone, microwaves, ultra-violet radiation, microbic preparations of Diazofit and Mikrogumin, epiphytic microflora on seeds, soil microorganisms. Methods of researches - the standard methods of microbiological, agrochemical, field researches and the mathematical statistics. As a result of the spent researches it is established that at joint application of physical methods of processing of seeds with bacterization in a root zone inoculating plants of wheat summer and barley summer the quantity nitrogenfixing microorganisms which promote increase of activity of fixing of molecular nitrogen and increase of the maintenance of the general nitrogen in leaves of plants increases. It is shown that use of physical methods together with bacterization of seeds reduces the maintenance catalase in plants and by that improves their physiological condition.
