METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR TEST SITE ON THE BASIS OF SHATSK NATIONAL NATURE PARK Object of the research is methodical and technical support of a test site for remote sensing calibration and validation. The work purpose is to obtain and investigate spectral characteristics of the basic natural objects within the Shatsky test site. Research method contains field researches of land cover of Shatsky National Natural Park and spectroscopy. Methodical approaches to approbation and certification of space technologies for the environmental problem solving are fulfilled. According to the international standards it is developed and proposed the technique for ground spectroscopy of natural objects by means of field spectroradiometer FieldSpec3; investigation of reflection spectra and red edge indexes that were calculated using data obtained by spectroscopy of vegetative cover over peatbogs within Shatsky test site. Using Landsat TM time series data, analysis of hydrogenic landscape pattern changes occurred in the Shatsk Park from 1986 to 2009 is carried out.
