The purpose o the work: scientific and theoretical ground of organizational and pedagogical terms for optimization of sport and sanitary work for schoolchildren in secondary schools. For the first time the innovative technologies of physical education and sanitary work have been developed to form the motivation for physical culture and sport classes, the conscious attitude to the personal health, to increase the level of physical condition of schoolchildren. Research approaches: analysis of scientific literature, pedagogical testing, questionnaire, determination of the somatic health state (after the method of G.L. Apanasenko), physiological methods, methods of motor activity estimation, estimation methods of biological age, mathematical statistics methods. On the basis of experimental research the theoretical ground of innovative technologies of physical culture and sanitary work has been conducted.
