Goal - the determination of influencing features of social teaching on the process of political socialization of youth; the development of the technologies of development of the political attitudes by using the means of modeling in political education. The ideas on the essence, goals, and mechanisms of political socialization in the transformational society were analyzed. It is justified that educational influences are the main factors of political socialization in the transitional society. It is shown that the accents in the political socialization on the developing strategy can be made only under conditions of use of special technologies that are oriented on strengthening of cognitive motivators of socialization process. The research program of the influence of social teaching on the process of gaining the samples of political interaction of democratic type is developed.
