A simulation model was developed, using numeric Monte-Carlo simulation of transfer of gamma-radiation and its interaction with a matter, and allows to simulate the response function of gamma-scanner in the wide range of its structural parameters and experiment geometries. The developed software implements algorithms for angular and planar localization of gamma-radiation sources and their mapping.
