The calculations of radiation parameters of ionic materials containing: - electroneutral point defects D0-bugs); - charged point defects (D + and D - defects); - dipole-type point defects (D + D - dipoles). For each of these defects were calculated: - Energy spent on a pair of complementary color centers; - the critical concentration of color centers in the irradiated crystal; - energy output; - heat loss of ionizing energy.
