Objective: to improve the effectiveness of treatment and improve quality of the life for patients with breast cancer, using exploitation and optimization of methods of treatment associated with conservative surgery. Methods, instruments and equipment: clinical, laboratory, radiological, ultrasonic, statistic, "Magniterm" ("Radmir" company, Ukraine). Established practicability of polychemotherapy in complex treatment of breast cancer with magnitothermii . The analysis of the toxicity of the method and the immediate results of treatment. Preliminary data suggest about the effectiveness of the method and the lack of increased toxicity using polychemotherapy with magnitotermii (MT). Proved that the use of polychemotherapy with MT increases tumor response to treatment, can increase the number of conservative surgery 14.4% , rehabilitation and reconstructive surgery on 10,7%, which improves the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.
