Researches in this area created more considerable approach to the development of corporate governance, and corporations in general; - proposals on the development and improvement of institutional arrangements for the strategic development of joint stock companies were formulated; - the conceptual basis of forming the effective mechanisms for management of state corporate rights in joint stock companies in Ukraine were carried out; - basing on an assessment of global and domestic experience, the most appropriate directions of the effective management of joint stock companies with state share, which are a prerequisite for forming a system of corporate governance in market conditions, were developed; - methodical approaches and mechanisms of improving the management of corporate rights of the state were developed; the consequences of the implementation of such approaches to increase profitability of stock companies and to strengthen their market position were defined; - international experience of government support of small businesses was summarized. Based on a generalization, two approaches of building a system of state support for small business were identified. The first approach is to create a special legal framework that regulates the organizational and economic mechanisms to support small businesses. The second approach - the state support of small business is carried out selectively within the regulations relating to all business entities; - the evolution of public policies of supporting small business in Ukraine was analyzed. The main stages of formation and development of this policy were identified and characterized; - proposals of adjustment the normative documents of Securities Commission on the development of corporate governance in Ukraine, State Committee for support of small business in Ukraine were submitted; - a system of steps of improving the management of innovation processes in enterprises of Ukraine was developed; - based on a generalization of global and domestic experience, the key components of innovation management in organizations were identified.
